Division change in 3.0! (was Re: Booleans, integer division, backwards compatibility; where is Python going?)

Once again, for the record: the mandatory change in the way division
works is going to be in 3.0.

This is not the way it was originally presented (and I agree with you
about the presentation), but it's a good example of Guido changing his
mind after getting input.
