You can send your donation to the PSF.  Soon this will be tax-deductible
(for US citizens).  http://www.python.org/psf/  Membership is free
but only on invitation; but anyone can donate, much in the PSA spirit.
We can talk about adding a starship account in the deal; Py subscriptions
are not in the cards though.
