ActiveState Licenses - 21 day trial doesn't work

I have tried to evaluate the ActiveState Visual Python and Visual Perl tools
but when I run their license EXE and then try to open a project in VS.NET it
tells me the license expired 9 days ago.  I just downloaded everything last
night, so my 21 day evaluation wasn't even close to being expired.  One of
my developers sent an email to ActiveState's licensing yesterday but it has
gone unanswered, I guess they don't need new customers.  I was hoping to
evaluate these tools before shelling out $295 per developer.

I even went went and re-registered and got another EXE license program to no
avail.  This is not a good system they have.

Anyone else had trouble with getting these eval copies of ActiveState's
tools working?
