Paul is one of the few people on the list (other than
some of the Powers that Be) with whom I have had a
personal exchange of some nastiness.

He had, I believe, in the course of these discussions
volunteered to do some hands on development work
on some point where he and Guido seemed to agree some
attention was necessary.

How this poor guy got himself lumped in with the 
likes of *me*, is hard to understand.
