Did anyone have problems installing Numeric module on Debian Woody

Hi-

	I've been having some problems installing the Numeric module
on Debian Woody GNU/Linux.

	Whenever I use IDLE, it just can't find the correct path. I
can see the Numeric module with MC (Midnight Commander) or another
file viewer. However, IDLE's Path Browser doesn't "register" it.

	Should I be doing some "make" here? 
	
	The funny thing is that dpkg installed python-numeric without
any problem.

	Any ideas?
