Well, then, check out:

It's running Linux, so it should run Python, and it is running X, so it
shuld run PyGTK, wxPython, tkinter, etc.

also, sharp is making a Linux PDA:

http://developer.sharpsec.com/

It looks like this one is making heavy use of JAVA...Jython????

And I think there are a few others in the works...
