Regarding missing titles PEP messages

Hi

There is a lot of posts about PEP's, and generally I like to follow them.

But it really would be nice if people would put the PEP's title in the
subject lines.

So instead of writing "PEP 42" if everybody will write it something like:

"PEP 42 - Adding coffeine to Python"

Somebody like me can immediately see what the PEP is about, and wheather it
has my interrest.

I really cannot remember all of the PEP numbers by heart. Sorry!
