the method definition in the generated .py file is:

def FetchNextRow( self,lQueryID=defaultNamedNotOptArg,
                  pvaRow=defaultNamedNotOptArg):
return self._ApplyTypes_(0x1b, 1, (2, 0), ((3, 1), (16396, 2)),
'FetchNextRow', None,lQueryID, pvaRow)

I've also tried the "out" parameter. I get the folowing error message:
