Reviewer of text about distutils sought

I've completed a chapter on using distutils to distribute a Python app
for my book on Python and Qt (www.opendocs.org), and I would be really
grateful if someone more knowledgeable than me would review the text
for inaccuracies. Distutils was quite a new topic to me, and I might
well have made a few bloomers.
