No spam in books

I seem to remember a lot of spam in Learning Python... let's go
see. The chapter examples can be downloaded from:

[pw]$ grep "spam" examples/*.txt solutions/*.txt | wc --lines
    102

In other words, there are 102 lines containing the word "spam" in the
examples and solutions in Learning Python.
