Freeware Python editor

FreeWare is a counterpoint to ShareWare.  I was there... before
ShareWare was invented, we just called it free software (not
to be confused with Free Software ala GNU), but then ShareWare
came out, expecting payment, and those who didn't care to be
paid called their programs FreeWare.
