Quixote+mod_python vs. mod_python+htmlgen's templatepage

I'm about to start my first web-based app. I was planning to use
mod_python, the publisher handler and htmlgen's template page. Now
that Quixote supports mod_python I'd like to know if this approach
would be better.

Can anyone advise?
