Nicer Tkinter on UNIX?

Without wanting to waste time with licensing wars, I'm a bit concerned
about using the Qt bindings. The way I understand it, since the bindings
are GPLed (and have to be, since Qt free edition is GPLed), any Python
code I write must also be released under the GPL.

Is this correct?
