http://www.fdisk.com/doslynx/wlynx/lynx_w32.2.8.2rel.1.zip
seems to work fine.  It's a 658K zipfile, expanding to 1.5
MB when installed -- 1 megabyte for lynx.exe, plus many
sundries (helpfiles, etc, etc).

Does anybody know of a Python-scriptable version, btw?
