How to make Python easier?

If Python had context sensitive online help, it would make it easier to
learn and easier for the occassional programmer to use.

What I have in mind is like what Delphi has. If you want info on how a class
or function works, you position the cursor on it and press F1. The
appropriate help page pops up. Also, most functions have simple examples on
how to use them.

Is there any chance something like this will be created for Python?
