That's correct. You cannot use Qt for Windows without acquiring a license
of one form or another. You can get a limited Qt-for-windows-and-PyQt
license when you get BlackAdder. Or... you can skip PyQt on Windows
platforms. Please don't blame the PyQt folks; this is a Trolltech issue.
And in any case, you can't expect Trolltech to stay in business for nothing.
