UML Case Tool for Python

Sorry, but I can't find the original thread. Someone recently asked about a
substitute for Rational Rose.

I found the following at "http://www.wxwindows.org/" under the "Apps" link:

"OpenThorn" A UML Case Tool very similar to Rational Rose, by Chris Hafey.
Converted from MFC in a couple of weeks. 

Does anyone has any experience with OpenThorn?
