I've looked briefly at it, but I want a system with features like CVS
integrated into it too,
along with encryption, digitally signed documents, messaging etc. which
4Suite+ didn't seem to have.
Another reason for doing much of it from scratch was that I needed to learn
to use PostgreSQL, XML and XSLT better,
and felt that would be achieved bettet if I didn't base my work on someone
else ideas.
