iis and python

My boss (David Cohen) has coined the acronym 'WIMP' (Windows, IIS, MySQL,
Python) corresponding to 'LAMP' (Linux, Apache, MySQL, Python).  Our  CGI
stuff will run under either Apache or IIS.
