gadfly problem

Can someone give me a step-by-step procedure for installing gadfly under
windows? After much fiddling it now imports but when it encounters
self.conn = gadfly.gadfly() it complains that there is no attribute
'gadfly' in module gadfly.

The script works fine under linux but I know very little about dealing
with windows.
