Why Python/Jython?

Yeah. Let's see, been programming for 15+ years, know about 10+ languages,
got into Java right after its beta(JDK 1.02) and spent two years screwing
around with it.

But I'm still real fuzzy on how their paths/jars/imports fully work and it's
a pain in the ass for me to install any app that wants to run off the JDK or
JRE, mostly because getting the stupid CLASSPATH right makes Quantum physics
look easy.

Java = good intentions, bad implementations.
