kjbuckets for Python 2.1

Cyrill Slobin who recently announced Python build for DOS (by DJGPP
compiler) reported he just built this kjbuckets into the DOS port. It is
Python 2.1, so I think this kjbuckets module can easily be compiled for
Python 2.1 on any OS.
