ReportLab 1.08 Released

Version 1.08 of the ReportLab toolkit has been released. This is mostly
a bugfix/enhancement release. Most of the changes are related to
attribute handling in graphics widgets. We have improved the support for
2.1. Initial support for Mac OS 9 has been done (thanks to Just van
Rossum) and accelerator binaries are available at
