BASIC or Python?

Naw, it is just plain wrong.  Obviously indentation is part of the
Python programming language, remove it and the program will fail.

if s!is part!should be part!  then it is opinion.

I'd be more interested in hearing if Mr. da Silva has changed his
mind in the last few years.
