The best gui library for newbies.

I like PyQt, which is a wrapper for Qt.  Qt is very sleek and very
well-documented for C++, but the translation to Python is trivial after just a
few minutes of effort.  The only drawback is that it can be a pain to install,
especially if you are upgrading to a new version.  There are licensing problems
though if you are not running Linux.
