mistake in Python 2.1.1 debug download

I just downloaded the following:
Python-2.1.1-Debug.zip

It includes Python22 files.  I assume this is a mistake.

Also, where do the .pdb files go?  Aren't .pdb files compiler specific?  Is
this debug download platform/compiler specific?  A readme file would be
helpful.
