How can you assert the popular vote is against it?  Which vote?  And even
if it was, as you probably heard many times, Python is not a democracy
where decisions are taken by voting.  Guido expects arguments (and new ones).

Also, why do you say, without the shadow of an argument, that a float '/'
operator is "stupid"?  You express bare naked emotions here, not reason.
Let's use the mailing list more productively.
