Heh.  Replace "Dictators" with "Humans", and I expect the truth-value of
that assertion would be unaffected.

BTW, in case newcomers are wondering, Guido didn't become BDFL by
assassinating his predecessor, nor does he maintain Absolute Power by force
of arms.  Although he's been thinking about it <wink>.
