It's not possible for me, no.  Wise's InstallMaster 8.1 is not an MSI
authoring tool, and the only behavior I was able to provoke out of
Microsoft's Visual Installer MSI authoring tool was program crashes and
corrupt installs.

As Guido said, ActiveState offers an MSI package, and PythonLabs has no
plans in that direction.  If you have an MSI authoring tool that works, or
can afford the time to write one from scratch, feel free to ship your own
Python installer.
