I wonder which of the above they mean and, if the first, what is the 
"something else" which this honorarium is an indication of?  
That they didn't even offer to put your name in the credits?
Presumably _that_ would be more interesting to many people here
than some amount of money that has to be described as "token".

I wonder how thick the book is...
