how can I get the current url

Please help.  I have 4 domains pointing to the
same IP.  I want my index.html page to determine
the current domain so that I can change the
headers and footers accordingly.

I am new to python and have no idea how to do
this.  I am trying to change the headers and
footers on our Ultraseek software.
