Do you have pointers to the "upcoming XML resources format?"  Is this the
wxPWyitdhoonws resource
format, or something more general.  Any documentation?

I'm very interested in cross-platform XML for building GUIs.

For a few bucks there's also wxDesigner, which is real solid and can
generate code for Python, C++, <cough>Perl</cough> as well as the upcoming
XML resource format
