No. I keep a 2.0 installed on my personal account for compatibility
testing, but updating Python on all the machines I use at work is
a major effort (all extension modules need to be recompiled), so I do
this only when there's an improvement that is significant to my work.
This will be the case for 2.1 (e.g. rich comparisons), but it wasn't
in 2.0.
