sluggish startup with 2.0

Hey Pythoners,

Apologies if that question has already been raised.
Startup/launch time seems far longer in Python 2.0 than it was in 1.5.2.

Is it normal or is it specific to my configuration ? I use ActivePython
build 202 on Windows NT 4 SP6.
