Launch Dial Up Connection in Win9X

I had this problem two days ago :). I ended up interfacing a freeware
program called "RASDial95". It has a simple command line interface
that lets you dial up a certain service, check the connection status
or hang-up.

A google search on RASDial95 will give you download links.
