Yes, again.  The newsgroup's volume changes.  The set of readers
and posters changes.  The number of people interested in python
but who don't have time to read 100 or 200 new and different subject
lines a day changes.  The discussion leads some people to different
conclusions each time it comes up in the context of all of these
changing conditions.
