Tar-like module?

Actually, I think there are a few of them.  I can't remember what packages
they're a part of though...  Distutils, maybe?

Anyway, pyntar at ftp.tummy.com:/pub/tummy/pyntar/ has the ability to read
tar data including processing the headers.  It's not really a complete
setup though.
