Can't import from mx.ODBC

Hello 
I'm trying to imort from mx.ODCB.Windows but I keep getting an error
saying "ImportError: No module named mx.ODBC.Windows". I checked the
sys.path and I do have the following:  'C:\\Python21\\mx\\ODBC'

Could someone please tell me what is wrong here..??
