Which old version is this? Not one that I have ever seen...

Currently, the base version is in HTML, and the PDF version is produced by
printing to Acrobat PDFwriter, so TOCs and page numbers aren't really
possible.

The longer term plan is to produce an XML base version, with the content
marked up according to its meaning rather than to how it should be
displayed. This could then be converted to HTML, PDF and whatever else. But
it's a big job!
