support for ualarm(3) in module signal

Hi,

I´m developing a prototype in python on openbsd and linux:
The "ualarm" call is available on every unix system  i know, but there
is no support for this call in the signal module. Only "alarm" is 
available. 

I could write my own python extension in C/SWIG. 


Any suggestions?
