Well, take a look at http://stage.linuxports.com/pyqt/book1.htm for the
first draft of  my book on PyQt (I should be writing the chapters on
translating applications and making installation packages now, in fact)
- especially http://stage.linuxports.com/pyqt/c280.htm, which introduces
the toolkit.
