How to make IIS support python?

Have you checked for example the CGI documents on the Python web site where
one mentions how to config IIS?  Granted, that the document misses one
important point for you to run Python.  But when you try to go through the
steps in the document and then you ask, at that point I for one wil help you
out.  The point is for you to try first and then ask about what kind of
difficulty you are running into.
