Ugh.  My post, earlier in this thread, was wrong.
I'll try to repair the damage:  the best place to
retrieve the Actzero SOAP.py is from the Pywebsvcs
<URL: http://sourceforge.net/projects/pywebsvcs >
project page.  In particular, 
<URL: http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/pywebsvcs/SOAPpy097.tgz >
is a good download.
