PyQt for win32

I've read on PyQt mailing list that there will be again a "precompiled"
windows version of PyQt based on the new
windows license. (as long ago!)

The PyQt 2.4 or even 2.5pre4 does not compile properly with the library
furnished by trolltech with their new license...
PyQt authors are beginning "right now" to study the problem...so we all need
to be patience ;(
