LaTeX class howto.cls?

I recently fetched the mimelib Python module.  I went to print out the
documentation, and decided the LaTeX version would be the most convenient
way.  However, the doc uses the "howto.cls" LaTeX class.  I cannot find
this class.  Doing a web search proved difficult, because both "howto" and
"cls" are very common words.

Can anybody offer me a pointer?
