Pythonwin VSS Integration

"Integration" is a relative term. I'm just grateful it will check things out
when I try to change them! There is some code in the examples somewhere in
win32* that interacts with VSS. You could alwyas make your own PythonWin
menu entries for this and send the patches to Mark Hammond!
