This is NOT correct. Guido decides what _Guido_ will implement. To some
extent, Guido probably decides what a few others will implement, but this is
because they have volunteered to let him do that.

The objection made to the beginning of this thread was made because the
original poster had a sense of _entitlement_ to Python and by extension a
sense of entitlement to what Guido, Tim, et al. will work on. But no entitlement
exists, no obligations, or duties, or even responsibilities.
