Python in Apache on Windows?

We are in a similar situation: we develop on NT using Apache (currently
the 1.3.19) and mod_python (2.7.1), and we deploy on Linux with Apache
and mod_python. Worked out of the box on both OSes and works fine as a
solution in general.
