Komodo in violation of Mozilla Public License?

Huh?  I'm not familiar the details of the Mozilla license, but I
thought it was an open source license as opposed to a FSF "free
software" license.  If the Mozilla license is like the Python license,
you can do anything you want with the Mozilla code, really anything --
like releasing a modified version that ships without source code and
costs $195.
