An Example Python/Windows App with Source?

I assume you've seen the Pythinwin IDE? It is 
itself a pythonwin application...

Also the winall package contains copious demo programs.
(Albeit many don't seem to work 'out of the box' you have 
to mess around resetting PYTHONPATH etc...
